On 8/30/19 I ordered an item from them. They charged my card immediately. I received an automated Thanks for your Order email.
On 9/2/19 I emailed info@outletfreedom and requested tracking info. (FYI, Website states: All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days.) No response.
On 9/10/19 I received an automated email that the item had shipped. It stated there was no tracking at the time.
On 9/11/19 I replied to the email (same address as their contact email on their website) asking for tracking. No response. Called number on their page. Got voicemail. Left a message. No call back.
9/19/19 Emailed again. No response. Called the number on their page again. Got voicemail. Left a message. No call back.
9/20/19 Emailed again. No response.
9/23/19 Emailed again. No response.
9/30/19 Emailed again. No response.
10/3/19 Emailed again. No response.
10/7/19 Had bank cancel charge due to fraud. They are currently investigating.
They have at least three websites with the same phone number selling the same stuff.

Looking into the website registries for each, they are all owned by the same "company" possibly in San Antonio, TX, but at three different fictitious street addresses.
The phone number is registered in Premont, TX which is about 150 miles from San Antonio.
