Gametime Didn’t label my tickets as club seats, no "C” before the section. Internet

I purchased tickets through Gametime for a bucket list game at ATT stadium. When we tried to find our seats the stadium employees didn't know where they were because they were not labeled correctly. It turned out that they were club seats but we were not allowed in the club section because our tickets didn't have a "C" in front of the section. After being sent up and down stairs and in all the wrong directions because nobody knew where our seats were, we finally had to go to security. We were then escorted to the club area but were still being told we couldn't enter. Finally a kind gentleman employee convinced the guard that our seats were club seats and to let us in. After missing the pregame show and the entire first quarter, we were exhausted and humiliated and couldn't enjoy the game. Gametime offered a $150 credit which is a joke after this horrible experience. I paid $1450 for these club seats!!!

Is a poem about the Super Bowl Halftime Show about ten years ago. It is only available at this site.
