I purchased a lower hand gun kit with the parts. I received the frame and only half the parts. when I called the glock store to speK to customer service for the other parts and the Gig to complete the frame. I was on hold for an hour at which point no one answered and I received a message that the lines were closed for the day. I then called back waited another hour on hold and again I received a message stating that the lines were closed for the day. I have done this for 4 days oday is the 5th day and i still have not gotten though to speak to any one.
I understand that covid is out right now but that's no excuse for poor customer service and poor shipping practices. I have a businesses as well and when I need parts I received them from other companies in time and complete the glock store is hurting my business I will never using them again.
