GOAT Goat, Goat Shoes, Goat.co Sent used shoes as new, refused to take unopened box back claiming I did it. Culver City CA
They will send you used shoes (as new).
Delay shipping the shoes for weeks while they ignore your messages telling them that if the shoes don't arrive by X date, to cancel the order because they will be useless to you after that date.
When they finally ship weeks late, you return the box unopened, because as you said, you don't need them anymore.
When the shoes arrive at their facility, they will refuse the return claiming they are "used."
They will not reply to your customer support messages. When they do, they only send form letters. "I'm sorry, this has been escalated to a supervisor."
Then they send the shoes back to you.
