issue: Products not sent after payment, missing items, grossly overgraded coins.
Fakes represented as genuine (from another buyer).
There are people across the USA with the same issue(s).
I have not been able to get tracking numbers nor any response concerning this issue from Gold Standards (hibid). Their phone messages are full so cannot leave a voice msg. Emails about this issue are not answered or returned. Same with Golden State Galleries (associated w/Gold Standard).
I have over $10k of invoices paid and no product received.
Am researching class action as of this writing.

Just received this item back from NGC. Seems to be a pattern with this house. Cleaned items and at least 1 grade less than advertised. I'd like to return this item for full refundSent tthis to gold standrad auctions.
