I subscribed to a Great Lakes Wellness product, but no longer use it. I went into my account, clicked on "manage subscriptions", but found no way to cancel online. Their FAQ instructs customers that they can cancel at any time by emailing them.
I have emailed numerous times, receive no responses at all. I reached out on social media, nothing, crickets, nada. I want immediate cancellation and a written confirmation of that cancellation to give to my credit card company.
