I ordered the Plantar Fascitis kit on October 26, 2022. Today is November 30, 2022 and I have still not received paid in full product. The tracking stated it was returned for insufficient address, and returned to sender on November 5, 2022 at 12:02 pm. The address was perfect, since the credit card went through with same address as delivery. I sent two (2) emails to "customer service", and two (2) text message conversations as well as a voice mail on phone number 1-800-917-3980. On the customer service site I have two (2) service tickets dated November 10, 2022 ticket #891, and November 23, 2022 ticket #899. Customer service has stopped answering messages, and emails.
