This webinar sounds exactly the same as booktrades.biz, Textbook Money, and the name given in their terms of service was Keyword Rockstar. The people behind this are Luke Sample and Jon Shugart. Booktrades.biz and Textbook Money have been documented here on the ripoffreport.com at least four times, as scams. People complained their software didn't work.  This is exactly the same old scam with a different name, explaining how you can make tons of money using their proprietary software to identify textbook deals through arbitrage, buying low, then reselling at a higher price.

Their software supposedly identifies and lists the deals for you, saving you hours of time, allowing you to make a lot more money. There is a 2nd Method of generating income, using a trade-in program on Amazon, Bookscouter, and other book vendors. They also offer a processing company who will inspect, package and ship any books for you, for only $1 to $2 per book. I found no complaints and no reviews, under their new name of Higher Path Ventures, being marketed in ads all over youtube.com. I found the scam details under the names of Luke Sample and Jon Shugart, here in the ripoff report.  Sounds like the same scam they've been using for years with software that doesn't work, or doesn't exist at all.

Note how young Luke Sample looks in the webinar. He has a baby face.  I found other photos of him, where he looks older, telling us many years have gone by since that webinar was first made! For people to change that much, my guess is at least 10 years has gone by. Their TOS for higherpathventures.com is posted here: https://higherpathventures.com/terms-conditions/ They tell you outright if you sign their contract, you have no rights, you can't sue in a Class Action Suit, and they can't guarantee that anything will work, including their software. The TOS is incredibly long, and most people wouldn't read all of it.
