They do not do as promised. Care only about Their bottom line dollar. They arrange their schedule for you according to how much money they can make. Disorganized, rude, play games. The nurse had to buy her own supplies because they wouldn’t order it.
Try to get someone out when you have a problem and you have to wait if they come at all your lucky then they discharge you from home care to take care of yourself when you need help. I ended up going to another agency after Horizon said there was nothing more they could do for me and they ended up having to take care of the problems in my bedsore that Horizon caused.
