Icon Fitness - Proform/Norditrak Icon Health & Fitness - UTS - Proform - Norditrak Reported exended warranty repair that was sold and covered by their subsidiary company UTS. After 3 months, still no repair
ICON Health and Fitness AKA Ifit, PROFORM, NORDITRAK, UTS does a great job at marketing their products as reliable and of good quality. However it is Impossible to have service done on their equipment when needed. Reported issue early November and it's now February and still no repair or replacement. If I do not follow up with them, they will not reach out.
I keep being told I will get a call from technician and after several months and still no resolution. Tracking my calls and I have now spoken to every since person at their customer service number and no sure if they are being honest or just straight up unethical when they say someone will contact me since I am not hearing anything back from anyone.
