Hello friends just a heads up from a terrible and very stressful experience I had with ‘Integrity Car Sales in Brookvale NSW’ They specialise in already modified wheelchair cars. They took advantage of me and thousands of dollars they won’t refund. I paid a fully refundable deposit on a car I was interested in and I decided to not go ahead with the car and didn’t sign ANYTHING! They are not giving back my deposit funds. I can also see sadly they have done some other very dodgy things. I have never ever named out a company before, but I feel this is the right thing to do so it doesn’t happen to anyone else in our community

If you didn't sign anything what proof do you have that your deposit was fully refundable?
Do you make it a habit of handing over thouands of dollars without any sort of receipt?
