Jobsite Supplies Tim Babin Stole Equipment Baton Rouge LA
I was referred to Jobsite Supplies from a hoist manufactuer. On April 15, 2019 I sent in a hoist for repair. According to tracking, the hoist was signed as recieved on April 17, 2019. On May 20,2019 I contacted Tim Babin, who stated he would look into the status and call me back. No phone call.
On May 22, 2019 I made another phone call inquiring as to the repairs. Tim Babin stated that he only had one repaid guy and my unit was "tore down on the bench". On May 31, 2019 I made another call. I spoke again to Mr. Babin who told me he could not find my unit. If I had a model number maybe he could help me.
I called him back with a model number. He then stated he could not located my unit but he would ask his repair guy when he came back in Tuesday of the following week. On June 7, 2019 I called back. Mr. Babin stated that he located my unit and the paperwork, however it was not repairable.
I asked for the unit to be returned to me. It is now 2020 and no return. So they took over two months to see what was wrong with it, and then told me it was not repairable, and then failed to return it! Unethical Shysters!
