Complaint Review: KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN - REDLANDS CALIFORNIA

The date of this incident was: October 24, 2020. We wanted the , advertised , $20.00 fill up. We have been to other Kentucky Friend Chickens. They provide the $20.00 Fill Up with various assorted pieces of chicken. Backs thighs , legs and some wings. Plus: The $20.00 Fill Up has, some sides and six bisquits. When we went to the drive thru. Night Manager , and Night Cashier : Bradley was working. We explained to cashier Bradley, we wanted the , $20.00 Fill Up. He indicated this only comes with : ( Legs and wings). No where is this advertised. This is : ( False Advertising ) A violation of: Business and Professions Codes: 1-7500, 1-7200, 1-7509. Night employee Manager and cashier used another violation. California Labor Codes: 1050 and 1053. Misrepresentation. To a paying customer. He also comited to crimes against public policy:  At will employee comited two crimes. California Penal Code: 488. This is ( Petty Theft ). The other crime , Night Manager and Cashier commited was: California Penal Code: 484a. This is the crime of fraud. By using verbal false misleading words comments and undue persuasion . The frachinse owners , need to take the proper steps and measures  with at will employee: Night Manager/ Cashier Bradley. First terminate him. Next have him arrested and charged for his crimes. Note: As a Night Manager he is respnsible to show : ( Due Care ) to his subordinates and all paying customers. This is a violation of California Labor Code: 2800 . Under the obligations of a supervisor. Next: He is a employee of a franchise. So he is responsible to ( Work With Best Efforts ) California Labor Code: 2924. On the night of the incident, October 24, 2020. The approximate time of: 9:28 P.M. At will employee, Manager and Cashier did not work with : ( Best Efforts). Calif. Labor Code: 2924. He did what ever he wanted. Even though this franchise Kentuky Fried Chicken advertsises under the umbrella corporate company. Known as Kentucky Fried Chicken.This is grounds for termination by the owners of this franchise. Have him terminated and arrested. On the probable cause he lied , mislead a paying customer. Plus, did not give the paying customer what they paid for. That comes with the : Later found out, not $30.07 but he changed his verbal request of payment to $37.70.  If the owners of this Kentucky Friend Chicken do not terminate and have this criminal Bradley terminated and arrested. This is: Aiding and abetting a criminal. Continuing: As we were about to go through the drive thru. Employee, Cashier and Night Manager , Bradley repeatedly kept comng back on the intercom speaking with us. He kept saying: " I don't have this, can I give you this , since I don't have that?" Then he came back on again," I don't have this and that, so can I give you this for that"? He did it again: " I don't have this , can I give you this for that"? Note: The time was only 9:20 P.M.  Its not hard to cook chicken. Place on the bater and fry. Its not hard to bake pre-made bisquites . Just place them in the oven and bake.  This is mentioned to show and demonstrate the range of complete ignorance and incompetancy of Night Manager / Cashier Bradley.  Continuing: As we drove up to pay, Cashier, Night Manager Bradley, we were shocked at what we saw. He was very fast shoving all the food we were going to pay for in a huge big bag. There was not even hundreds of people in the drive through at this time. It was as though, Night Manager, Night Cashier Bradley , had something to hide?  Was this part of his scam ? Called : ( Bait & Switch ) ? Or the ( Rush a Customer Scam and Over Whelm the Customer Scam Technique ) ?  We paid at will employee: Bradley , with a $50.00 doallar bill. Plus: $1.00. We were under the imoression we were purchasing the food , this night through the drive through for: $30.07. Even though we asked employee Bradley more then once . Is the price $30.07. He replied yes.  Yet, after we paid this conieving theif and liar. We gave him the , $50.00 bill and the $1.00. He only gave us the change of: $13.30. He charged us: $37.70. When we all heard employee Bradley say: $30.07.  We then paid and at will employee , Night Manager , Night Cashier Bradley gave us this order we paid for. We were residing at a near by hotel. We were in shock at what we discovered back at the hotel. We inspected the fried chicken in the box. We saw lots and lots of very small pieces of chicken used to fill the bucket of chicken up. To make the chicken bucket look fool. Hardly any backs or thighs . We also noticed. no bisquites. At will employee , Night Manager, Night Cashier Bradley verbally stated he had missing three bisquites. Yet, the receipt says we were suppopse to get six hot bisquites. We received absolutely no bisquites and no butter. We called , emplloyee, Night Cashier and Night Manager Bradley. We spoke to him about this incident. He attempted to argue and recant everything that occured this horrible night of very bad customer service. We were in more shock. We visted the Yelp web site. Many almost going in the hundreds of various customer complaints about this possible franchise Kentucky Fried Chicken. Most of the negative one star reviews are placed in the not reccomended section of Yelp. Then mysteriously only positive reviews are left on the front page of Yelp. This is by far misleading to paying customers. Some customers are working two or three jobs . Just to feed their families. All families have bills. Some have house payments, credit card payments, car payments. Yet, for the city of Redlands to allow this dispicable worthless, lying, conieving , theives in their city. Is this aiding and abetting in the acts of a criminal? With the permission of Redlands city hall? The crime to help a crimnal in the commision of a crime is called: Aiding and Abetting. California Penal Code: 31.  I can see all the numorous complaints of various American customers. This false and misleading company . Needs to be completly inspected and shut down. Its like allowing criminals to run a w***e house with permission of the city. As the city turns a blind eye. No telivision reporters . No reports to city , state or government officials. We noticed a negative review on Yelp. That read: The inside dinning area is a filthy complete mess. Also the cooking area is a filthy disgusting mess. Now are all the employess that touch food aware and trained in hygene ? In working with and touching food. In refference to the : F.D.A. Code: 3-301.11.D. This is known as the : ( Food Handling Code) This is the third sentence and the third paragragh.  ( 1.) All cooks should wear clean new gloves when touching food. ( 2.) All cooks should only use  clean sanatized tongs. When touching food. ( 3.) All cooks should use only: A clean sanatized spatulah when touching food. Note : In addition . all the coooks and employees working at Kentucky Fried Chicken should be wearing a face mask. During this Corona Virus. We do not recall seeing : Night Manager, and Night Cashier , and employee Bradley , wearing a face mask. Especially when next to food.  Note: All cooks must not have finger nail polish on, their finger nails. This can get into the food. Plus: All the cooks need to have no dirt under their finger nails. When was the last time The Health Department inspected this , Kentucky Fried Chicken franchise? Or are certain F.D.A. inspectors taking bribes to turn a blind eye?  On the safety and health of millions of potential customers? California Labor Code:6300.
