Kristen hartwick or Glenoaks escrow ripped me off, they had also caused me a damage of over 10k with the franchise tax board by taking a deduction and getting a financial gain while putting this tax liability on me, she stated she was going to provide a document to remedy it but was lying, they are involved in the identity theft I had and this is causing me additional financial damages, Kristen is a bad actor as I personally witnessed her commit fraudulent misrepresentation and have noticed the escrow licensing authority of the unethical practices she and glen oaks is engaged in. She is also very rude and refused to remedy the situation and I believe is the cause of these issues.
