At 4515 Lindell Blvd Apts, 10th floor, from 9pm-1am: there's high traffic (prostitution-drugs?) deliberate constant door slamming at apt 1001 and the Freight elevator Doors; the customers are using the Freight elevator instead of the passenger elevator.
NO Security: the employees work 40% of the day, sneak into tenants apts to steal/ take Breaks/ hover outside of non-prostitutes doors, 60% of the day.
This property has poor plumbing, poor maintenance. Maybe they're too busy aiding and abetting to focus on their jobs. This property is 55% overpriced, at best. A TOTAL FLOP HOUSE!
