I gave Luis Gasparini close to 50 000.00 GBP last year in London, it was given in cash from a real estate transaction that I had completed. I had given him all the paperwork to prove that these funds were legitimate and not illegally obtained.
Luis said he would transfer these funds in USD to my account in Central America, he never did. Because of this I nearly lost my business. He is a low life scumbag liar and a thief. he only send me 29 000 and still owes me over 30 000 $.
