I had returned a damaged item and the next thing they do is place my account on "limited" access.  I tried reaching out to their customer service which is nonexistent.  I managed to find a generic email address and emailed them expressing my concern over the broken item.  They sent me a shipping label.  In the meantime they cancelled all orders that were processing for my account.  I contacted my bank and disputed the charge for the broken item.  Then I hear from Mercari explaining how I wasn't supposed to do that and it was against their policies.  Long story short, they have deleted my access to any of my past information such as purchase history which I need so I can cross reference the items I received with the items I paid for.  They have blocked calls from my phone number and my email address.  It is impossible to reach their customer service, if one even exists.  I will not recommend doing business with this company.  They are shady and not trustworthy.
