National General Insurance Parent company is Allstate National General refusing to pay for repair of my car because BMW too expensive Kissimmee Florida
I was rear-ended by a customer of National General Insurance. I took my car to the only official BMW repair shop and National General is refusing to pay for the complete repair. They told me BMW was too expensive and they were not going to cover $1200.00 worth of the repair because they did not want to. The SR Adjuster told me too bad they were not going to pay the prices from the repair shop and if I wanted my car fixed there I would have to pay the difference. They admit the accident was 100% the fault of their customer but they were not going to pay it. Good luck. I have filed a complaint with the Insurance Board of Florida, my state rep of Florida, the BBB and now you folks. National General made 5.6 billion dollars in profit in 2020. They did this by denying claims and ripping people off.

The BBB has ZERO POWER to force any business to do anything. Do you have insurance? Turn this over to them. They will fight for you. That's why you pay them! The BBB is NOT part of ANY government body. Their ONLY purpose is to SELL their PHONEY RATINGS and their PHONEY ACCREDITATIONS to ANY business which wants to BUY them. They calll themselves "the bureau" to DECEIVE the public into thinking they are part of law enforcement which they are most definitely NOT!!!
