Net Zero Net Zero Company Did not receive product Vancouver BC

Ordered online off a Facebook add thinking it was a local Vancouver company.  After one month I haven't received anything.  The phone number is from Missouri and is just a recorded message.  The address is a house. It is obviously a Chinese company.  The shipping link provided doesn't give any information.
