NFL Game Pass I can't get onto NFL Game Pass on my Computer. I can't talk to anyone live on the phone. N.Y. N.Y.
I started with a free trial, then was charged 106.99 for their services. I got to see 1 game on my computer (a replay). Then when I tried the following week, i got nothing. I couldn't log in for some reason. I submitted a request, and haven't heard their final outcome, altho they did receive my request and would look into it. They said my e-mail address didn't match up with the e-mail address they have. They won't tell me the right e-mail address I used to get the Package($$).
What is my recourse? I feel this is a major Scam!
