This company is quite a scam. They do not send you your personalized product order, they send a random personalized gift. If you request a refund they will not off you one instead they will say you can keep the item and they will give you 5 percent refund.
DO NOT let them sell you on a sending another replacement for 10 dollars in shipping, you will get another totally random personalization. This is their plan. The items send cost little to no to make and the premise that you will get your personalization is completely false.
DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!
