Living a little over 100 miles away, we put in an application on line. Several emails sent with no reply. Several attempts to call which a majority of the calls not answered, only ring ring. However two calls were answered.

First one was put on hold, after 20 minute hold tried to recall. The second was more interesting as there seem to be nothing on the salesman part. Asked for the manager but was told in a "meeting". Due to location unable to properly test drive leading to several front end issues discovery on way home. Had to put into shop and $1700+ later finally have it safe for the road.

Also the truck listed thru carguru for $18999 but financed for $21000. They said the former was the "cash price" although no where was that stated in their advertisement. Further research shows this is a common occurrence with this business. Also the GAP coverage was not needed but included & the $799 "Dealer Service Fee" was for a simple wash/detail.

  I have no doubt that the consumer that filed this complaint was absolutely accurate in his statements. It's funny how the same person, "The dog", made some equally degrading comments, more so insulting the victim versus the accuracy of the review.

"The dog" has to be someone from the dealership and if not, at the very least, they're some of low life that enjoys kicking people when they're down. No class!

 You were treated poorly via phone contacts. You failed to take the car for a test drive yet you bought it. You did not like the price, yet you bought it. They defrauded you with a BOGUS, ADD-ON, PHONEY FEE, yet you STILL move forward with this stupid purchase. You played the role of doormat, sucker and jelly fish perfectly. Now you come here to complain.
