This  Agency  will  hold your  complaint for 3 Years  and they contact  you and  tell you that they cannnot find any reason to  help you , This  is  after   all  of  this  Time   you  wasted  submiting Documents Proofs to  Them.  And  on top  of  it all   you  can  not  appeal  they  will turn you  down.

The very first paragraph you posted of what they are "supposed" to do states...

In carrying out this mission, the Department of Labor administers and enforces more than 180 federal laws and thousands of federal regulations.

So what SPECIFC law or regulation did the company you filed a complaint on violate? 

Or are you just upset you got fired and instead of picking yourself up and finding another job, you figure you would spend the next 3 years "complaining" how the evil employers and government are all against you.
