I am a senior citizen and am losing my hair. I ordered an item from their "regular advertised price" which showed how much I would save using their price. I read their Return/Refund policy before I placed the order, as I am sceptical of Online ordering. As long as the item wasn't on the Clearance page, they would accept the return with a full refund if the item was returned with the tags, etc.

When I looked at the wig, it was completely unsatisfactory. It looked like plastic or saran and not at all acceptable. So, within their return policy, I returned it. After a week of waiting for a refund, I contacted Customer Serivce about it. Four days later, I receive a message stating the the style was a Clearance Item and cannot have a refund issued. They will only issue a credit for a future purchase. It definitely was not a Clearance Item when I ordered it and it was immediately returned.

The "quality" is not satisfactory and I don't want to order anything from them. I want my refund.
