Peter Soulheris sells a Real Estate Investment Course thur Boldwealth.com called Quick Flip where by you play "middleman" in trying to establish leads of desperate home sellers and leads of Cash buyers, and put the two together for a percentage or chunck of the proceeds. In his podcast, he is very convincing how this program costs "no money" out of your own pocket, well that's far from the truth. His marketing strategy for mail outs monthly is over $2100 to generate seller leads that need to be done at least for 6 months. He uses "marketing Hooks" to be used on your mail outs that you can sell in 7 to 10 days and close the deal....
If you know anything about Real Estate, A full Title Commitment can take 10-12 business days alone, so that statement is also far from the truth. The list of "Red Flags" just goes on and on, but you don't see his strategy until after you purchase the course for $497. When you try to cancel, then you are told by Customer Service that you must put the whole program to work including writing 3 offers on homes to purchase before being able to cancel and get a refund. They don't disclose this either prior to signing up....They don't back anything they say, SAVE YOUR MONEY!
