PHS PowerHome Solar Sold me an Undersized solar panel system for my home. It took 7 months to provide 4 more panels because they admitted I didn’t have enough panels. Had to sign a 2nd contract or they would not install additional panels. I signed, system still does not work. Morrisville North Carolina
PowerHome Solar sold me an Undersized solar panel system for my home in April 2018. After months & months of calls & emails. They admitted I didn’t have enough panels. It took 7 months for them to provide 4 more panels. In order to get the 4 panels installed, I had to sign a 2nd contract or they would not install the additional panels.
By signing the 2nd contract, I would be agreeing that I could not seek anything more from them, including suing them. My salesman, the assigned rep., site supervisor, and Joe Director of Sales all told me just four panels and it would work. I signed the contract. In February 2009 they installed 4 additional panels. The system still does Not work!!! I gave the new system 2 months to see the results. Nothing changed!
I called Joe and complained. He informed me the reason I wasn’t producing was because of the inground pool I had installed after they installed the panels. He had nothing to say when I replied that made no sense because the pool wasn’t running from September to now. He informed me it was and they did all they could do because I have the pool is why my system isn’t working right. If I could give 0 star I would but it’s 1-5 star system.
