I saw an ad on Glassdoor claiming that I would make 4 to 6 thousand dollars for a ten day Costco Roadshow. I was told i would be paid 16 an hour plus Commission for 96 hours of work. The displays came in trashed out and filthy. I was allowed 3 house to set it up.
I worked like a dog through Saturday and got it halfway straight. I was drop shipped a couple of hundred US polo jackets most of them i already had in stock. So you miss sales because of the lack of sizes. Then i got a call from Andy Huffman telling me i was being replaced by someone else for two days.
I should have quit then but decided to go ahead with it to get paid. Sales were pathetic due to wrinkled mess and lack of sizes and popular items gone through. Also i had to install a scanner that was difficult to install and did a sketchy count that i uploaded to US polo.
Also this is not Ralph Lauren as the name implies. I saw that i wasn't doing well enough to make commission for sales because commission doesn't luck in until sales pass 15 thousand dollars net after Costco gets there's. Of course this was not explained to me by liar POS Andy Huffman. So on the 10th day i had to wrap up the show.
At 900 o'clock Costco ran me off and told me to finish Monday morning which I did after being chewed out by the liar POS Andy Huffman. Two Friday's later i got paid through Paychex for 60 hours which was 20 hours short of my total hours. After begging Andy Huffman and Ryan Crockett for my money, three months have passed since the show and i have heard nothing.
They even had the nerve to ask me to go to another Costco. I will never forget this and I am reporting to the labour department, Costco, and US polo assn. Avoid US polo assn and demonstrators direct. awful cheats.
