Pro lead brokers USA Tony Willis, Bill Cook, Kara Cook Fraudulent LEADS Arizona Mesa
In January of 2019 I was looking for CBD leads, proleadbrokersusa.com said they had 1.5 million leads which I purchased. The price on their website is $2,500 I called and spoke with Mr Bill Cook one of the owners he told me that the leads were no more than 20 days old which is what was on their website.
He said they didn't take credit cards which should have been my first red flag and I had to send him money via Zelle which I did. (never pay for leads without recourse) I received the leads 2 days later and proceeded to have a sales team call them, these people were not cbd customers and had not bought cbd.
I noticed that Bill Cook had the IP addresses of all these people and that these were not what he said they were, I wrote Kara Cook and said I need these replaced which they did with more of the same. I wrote them for a week with no response, finally the owner Tony Willis wrote me that there was a 30 day money back guarantee and I would get my money in 10 days.
I wrote Tony Willis, Kara Cook, Bill Cook at proleadbrokersusa.com 3 x each to no avail. Finally I get an email that said the business was sold to Eastman industries which it wasn't there's no eastman industries anywhere in the usa or any registered agent for them in Arizona which is required.
This company took $2,500 of my money and dissappeared they still have their website up, trying to sell these fraudulent leads. If you find this while researching for them or CBD leads i'll be happy to give them to you for free. Tony Willis, Kara Cook, Bill Cook are all crooks selling fraudulent leads. Stay away from them at all costs or you will learn the hard way.
If you see proleadsusa facebook page there are several similar stories to mine. Anyone else that was ripped off by Tony Willis, Kara Cook, Bill Cook or proleadsusa.com please file a report with ripoffreport.com it's the only way I know to bring attention to the Fraud they committed .

Mr Willis continues to Lie, anyone can say the company was sold without proof or paperwork I searched the Nevada state clerk of the court and also the state registrars office for any new filings for the company, in fact Pro Lead brokers was only a DBA filed in arizona. Secondly, Mr Willis doesn't dispute any of the accusations of a refund that was promised.
There is also no new buyer in Arizona, if there was it would be posted on their facebook page which it's not and on their website. There are also no new owners listed on their DBA in Arizona so this is just them using their mouths because they can't file paperwork to try and get out of their obligations. Lastly this is still their company name until it's not filed in Arizona Mr Willis. A 3rd grader knows this much. Pay your bills get a real job and stop ripping people off.
Mr Willis still has the same CBD leads for sale that they said were HORRIBLE themselves and they are still trying to rip people off. Stay away from Bill Cook, Kara Cook and Tony Willis. If there is a big bad corporate overlord that was suppose to deal with me then where are they????????? Pro Lead Brokers is still a DBA only in Arizona plain and simple any made up purchase from someone else is on a napkin in a trash bin somewhere. They suck and so do their leads.

This or this Ripoff Report is fraudulent Mr. Robert Paduano was already notified that the company was acquired prior to the situation between him and Tony Willis.
He refused to comply with this company is now owned and operated by Goldman Industries Inc. (A Nevada corporation) of New York City, not Arizona.
We also have a receipt shown in the photo of the purchase of the CBD data that he claims cost $2,500 as you can see it's only $600 was spent to Pro-Lead Brokers USA which makes this a fraudulent claim. This is your last and final warning this is a cease-and-desist notice or We will be forced to pursue more legal measures.
FYI: Just because you purchase some data from the previous owner the new owners are not responsible for it. Thank you for your corporation legal counsel for
