I placed a phone call into this company to have an asset search performed to attempt to locate life insurance, bank accounts and possibly investment accounts for a deceased family member. When I was on the phone with them I had informed them that we already knew of the information pertaining to vehicles and houses and that we were strickly interested in trying to find out whether the deceased had any bank accounts, life insurance and/or retirement accounts. I was assured that they can locate this information and we would have the information within 48 hours. 48 hours later and all of the information we received was pertaining to houses and vehicles which we already knew about. I reached out to receive an update and the gentleman on the phone attempted to talk circles around me telling me that we can produce what we don't know and that everyone believes that they know people have certain assets but if they don't have proof there is no way to know - well no s**t that's why we hired them to find the assets that we were unable to locate. The charged almost $200 for the search and now 11 days letter and we still do not have any additional information. When you email them you receive a blanket email to call them on the phone and a representative would be happy to speak to you. Don't waste your money they are a complete SCAM!
