I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Regent Restoration. At the outset, they oversold their capabilities, both in terms of the work they could perform and their ability to manage the insurance claim process. They made big promises and could not deliver on, leading to a string of issues that were both frustrating and costly.
To make matters worse, they caused additional damage to my property that was completely unrelated to the original issue. This only added to the stress and expenses I was already dealing with. But the real shock came when they sent the insurance company a wildly inflated bill that included charges for work they never even did. When I confronted them about it, they argued with me, insisting that they were just trying to make the insurance company "pay their fair share." This kind of dishonest practice is unacceptable and unprofessional.
On top of everything, the project was delayed by over a month, leaving me in a state of limbo with unfinished repairs and a house that was in worse shape than when we started.
Ultimately, I had to hire another company to properly complete the work that Regent Restoration failed to correctly complete any task at the correct time. I strongly advise against using this company for any restoration needs. Their poor service, lack of integrity, and inability to deliver on their promises made this an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience.
