TZ Insurance and Willis Towers Watson is holding me hostage to them in an unethical manner, which results in me not being employable until they release me as they already have, with their employment agreement Essentially holding me hostage for no reason other than what appears to be a callous vindictive, inhumane posture they have cemented in their company,  culture, and policy.

TZ Insurance And Willis Towers Watson hired me as a licensed sales agent.  The training provided information that led provide information to a customer that I still believe is accurate. However,  the result was for them to terminate me. Okay, let's move on I thought. I believe it was a wrongful termination but whatever there are other companies for me to work with.  Well because I have done my due diligence to work with as many carriers as possible, that means I worked with these carriers under TZ Insurance and Willis Towers Watson.  They will not  "release me" to work with any of these carriers for almost a year. Can any reasonable person imagine having a contract ended by a company and then that company says now we gonna stop you from working with anyone. What a callous, vindictive uncaring, and reckless thing to do with an agent that works for them. You would think they broke the contract of employment they would say here's your release good riddance. But there is a vindictive, greedy, and we can give a rat's butt if we continue to make you lose work air about this company.  They are causing me to lose productive sustainable work even though I worked for the license and paid for it myself.  Simply because although they terminated the employment, they refuse to release me. Have you ever heard of someone saying I filing for divorce get the divorce and then turn around and saying, but I won't let or try and stop you from moving on and marrying or dating anyone else! you date or marry this or that person, the demented nerve!  this is no different. Corporate leadership is aware of this. Here are the people I contacted they have been made quite aware of this craziness and I have ask for a release from at least  2 carriers as a compromise, but they have not made a move to make things right. Again every one who can make this right and fair has been contacted, Andy Nelson, President, Mitch Ginzburg Chief Operating Officer,  Corey Kaylor, Chief Technology Officer,  Jake Davidow Chief Marketing Officer as As Well their HR Department and management staff.  What kind of company does this to people? I do not care whatever their corporate mission says... this says a lot about what they think about people in general  As long as they are treating me this way, blocking me form work, I will not stop warning people about what kind of company this is.
