RMBK Enterprise LLC Walmart 3rd party seller , Amazon 3rd party seller Continuously promised a refund in 24-48 hours. Did this for over a month. South Hadley MA
I have been trying for over a month now to get a refund from Walmart.com for an item that was never delivered. Both Walmart and the 3rd party seller continue to give me the run-around. For the last five weeks i have continuously been told by both Walmart and the 3rd party seller that i will receive my refund in 24-48 hours.
Walmart continues to aid and abet this criminal element and literally gives them permission to steal from their customers. RMBK Enterprise should not be allowed to sell on the Walmart.com website. They have received numerous bad reviews from Walmart customers all to no avail. They also have non-existent physical locations in numerous states which begs for an FBI investigation.
