 These guys are shameless. Totally. Wow! I have a ton of evidence, I have agreements, contract terms, text messages and emails. Due to these lies and immodest acts of inhuman behavior by this criminal enterprise called Suffescom, I’d have to turn them over to the JD. What’s more to understand with a basic contract agreement Suffescom produced, and signed willfully. A contract they never had any intention of fulfilling.

The most important quote in the NDA and Agreement reads with quote: "All the copyrights of the application will belong to the client (RoadStar). We will mention in the app splash screen.’ After completion, we will provide you (the client) all the application programming and design files. We will move forward to the next phase when will you approve the work and release it’s payment.” (In their own words).

As you can see they had agreed originally to release the source code, all design files and programming information from the get go. But once they realized and thought I was a novice, they sat on their commitments, took my money and reneged on their contactual terms with me. These are the same guys that were flagged in July 2016 here on Rip-offreport about same act of denial of service and theft of Intellectual Property.

All over the Internet, a common search will reveal tons and tons of abysmal reviews from within their organization and with customers alike. These people claim that they are a US Company in some cases advertising online that they have offices in California, W.Virginia and New Jersey. But they are not registered anywhere in the United States of America. They are running a scam out of Punjab, India. The Feds have to stop them very fast. They are destroying people’s lives and fleecing the life savings of Americans. They won’t stop until the law stops them.

That’s exactly what they have done to me, perhaps even worst. If you’ve read this complaints this far, all you have to do is take a look at a mock-job they say is a completed app at www.myroadstar.org. Take a look at the apps on the Apps Store. And if you are an Android user, download the app on the Play Store. These guys are pathetic and they think India is far from the USA. The law is coming for them. If I could upload the proof of contact agreement, and the NDA, it will become clear to you how recalcitrant a liar 'Harry’, Gurpreet and Manish all are. I am confident that this is for sure their last act.

You bought our software with end user license to use and you have full rights to use our product. In fact, apps were made live on google and apple app store. We confirm that customers are actually using it.

As stated in agreement for that particular software, you can't resell the software or make copies.

Also, Its clearly stated on our website as well that our ready-made solutions are off the shelf which means they are being sold to multiple people all across the globe. 

Only the custom products which are unique to customer requirements are NDA protected. We sign NDA with all of our customers with custom project and same are honoured.

We have provided you a fully functional product and you have released milestone payments only after verifying the demo.

So, there are no mind games or non-working product as customers only release payment after getting their hands on the product demo. And we are sorry that you feel otherwise.

There was delay of 2 weeks only due to COVID-19 situation here. Same was communicated to you and you showed your understanding at that time. We have no office in chandigarh. Please, post facts only.
