Purchased Sears Home Warranty in 2021. Company came to house no less than 8 times to perform the same repair on refrigerator. They not only didn't fix it at one point they actually broke it further. No replacement appliance was offered as their website and policy claim. When I finally gave up and purchased a new appliance I tried to cancel my policy. They did cancel my policy immediately but apparently are intending to continue to charge me for it. So just as a recap. Sears Home warranty could not repair my refrigerator even afterv8 visits over nearly 5 years.they never offered a replacement and then told me they are going to continue to charge me after I canceled the policy.
