Absolute worst compnay out there...total scammer and unethial! They flat our lie that they are vetting all leads and are top qualifty...NOT! Set Scheudle approcahed me about this great lead generation and I bouth into it...BIG MISTAKE! They were sending me out of area and lease leads...nothing I contracted for.
When I called a few months into the subscription I was told to re=read the fine print in the contract and no cancellations. OK...I was then promised by their service rep that My subscription would be cancelled at the end of my contracted year...so what happens??? They renewed it without my authorization. When I complained they said I yes we see you complained and would not go forward.
Can your company not honor their word? Everytime you call you get hooked up with some teleclerk in the Phillipines who are the mose condescending, lack of people skills, baby crying in the background, and arrogant humanoids. The worst customer service in the world...avoid at all costs.
I am going to look into further action if need be. Seeing how many complaints on on the various sites I should have researched it but the deal sounded great and of course, this is a total waste of my limited funds...Rip Off City. I am sure I will get the typical BS auto generated response from this clown of an operation.
They do no honor their employees words to you...total crap! Wrote a letter to all top management and it fell on deaf ears.
Do not use Set Schedule...they are 100% scam city.
