shengkai 003 I saw a blouse that I liked, clicked on it and ordered. It arrived quickly but did not fit. I went by their size chart, but this blouse ran quite small. Shanghai
I went online to request an exchange, but this name opened to Rotitia, who said they could not help me. There were no papers or any explanation in the package. I did not call the number, assuming I'd spend more money on a call than the blouse cost and might not get any help. I've noticed several complaints about that address on this website.
This company shipped a small product without any paperwork or help in returning. When I googled the name, there are several entries that fit but, when you try one it opens to a different name. I sent several e-mails but they just told me it wasn't their product and they couldn't help. They didn't respond to my last letter.
All I want is to return this blouse for a larger size, but I guess it's no use.
