Silvio insisted that I wire $12,000 USD to him for treatment that was never provided, Silvio and his Serbian wife refused to speak to me when I called them at 1-872-221-4232, these are Serbian scammers posing a physicians or doctors online who prey on the elderly I am requesting a refund
