Went to Testclear.com for a cleansing program in order to help pass upcoming employment drug test. I bought their 10 day cleanse (this is the most expensive option). Followed the instructions and it was not effective. I was then informed that the product does not work 10% of the time. Instead of going for the Money back guarantee, I offered them an opportunity to remedy the situation. Their customer service is handled by Zendesk.com whose only help is to try to sell you even more of the product that has already proven to be ineffective.

I then learned that the Money Back Guarantee is not all they claim it is. In order to get your money back, you must fail the test that the employer gives. Self administered tests do not count for the guarantee. In order to get my money back, I would have to fail the test that I have yet to take even though I now know that I will not pass it thanks to self administered tests.

This is clearly a scam being that they already know that their product will not work at least 10% of the time and if you are smart, you will never get to a point where you have fulfilled the requirements to get your money back on their product that does not work in at least 10% of cases. Beware.

You are such a benevolent and considerate individual that instead of wasting valuable court time on a Court case you know you won’t win, you take it upon yourself to go out and find something that allows you to effectively lie to your prospective employer by making them think you don't do drugs.

If you use drugs..just own up to it.  Trying to blame it on a medical "anxiety" issue just destroys what little creditability you had.

If you have such an anxiety problem that you are required to turn to these drugs, just how are you surviving the time you had to stay off of them to get them out of your system?  Just how were you planning on surviving until you took the Drug test?  How are you going to survive once hired?  Are you just going to knowing violate the company policy just because you feel you need to?  Once you answer those, you will answer why the whole Oh I just use it for Medical purposes is such a crock.

Hi Robert, I am pleased that you have the time to respond as you have. I use marijuana with a doctor's approval and it has effectively ended my anxiety attacks. I much prefer this solution than to trust big pharma to solve the problem.

I would be happy to hire a lawyer and make a claim about getting treatment for a malady under the Americans with Disabilities Act, but this solution seemed easier. I wouldn't want to tie up our court system with senseless litigation.

Also, you seem to be defending the company that has allowed me to take this route. Thank you for your concern. I hope you find a more productive way to spend your time in the future.

I am going to hope you are doing drugs in an area where what you are using are legal.  But even if they are legal, employers have the right to deny you employement. In fact there are still many industries where it is outright illegal for you to use drugs.

So what you are admitting on a Public Web Site is that you do various drugs and are now trying to "cheat" the system.  To be very blunt, you deserve to fail the test. I have a great way to save even more money in the future.  You don't need to buy any more "programs", you just need to stop buying drugs.
