Against our better judgement, we prepaid Topher Haynes to complete various improvements to our Sacramento house. Topher did a poor job on the little work that he completed (roughly $300 worth out of the $3000+ that he was paid) and then never returned. Topher provided many excuses for not showing up.
They became more and more ridiculous as time went on, including stating that his son saw a dog attack a cat outside his window so he had to stay home and console him. Topher showed up a couple times for an hour or so and then would make an excuse for why he had to leave. Eventually he stopped showing up at all and stopped taking our calls.
He is not to be trusted to complete any home renovations. I encourage anyone considering hiring Topher Haynes to look elsewhere. A 12 year old would be more dependable and likely would do better work.
