We were informed by our production team that your order has been dispatched but due to irregularities, this inconvenience has been caused to you. We are flooded with a large number of unexpected orders in the last couple of months and all these have led to this delay.

If I do not get tracking information on my order by Friday June 20, 2019, I will assume this is a scam and send this information to the proper authorities.

I ordered the Turbo Clean Pro as well. I have yet to receive the product which I ordered on May 30,2019. The money was taken out of my account. I have not gotten a tracking number. I allowed the time stayed when I ordered the product and I have yet to receive any updates.
