The Joyrider was kept inside waiting for good weather. I didn't read the fine print about not returning a used bike or I would never have ordered.

Moving the trike while not on it is dangerous. I received a busted lip and bruises while moving it to the driveway for my mother. I'm not a clutz; the bike is just not balanced. The only way to stop the bike is the hand brake, which my mother cannot reach. She has to put her feet on the ground like Fred Flintstone.

The handlebars are awkward at best. They fall down with any pressure at all. Two bolts were missing and you'd think I asked for a whole new bike. They never did send them. They want pictures of the missing bolts?

It's hard to steer and if it gets on the grass, it'll have to be pushed. The bike never left the driveway but they won't take it back and refund the ridiculous price. I paid $200 to have it assembled.

Upzy has convinced me to stop ordering online. The shiny website fooled me.

Upzy is not registered with the BBB. Probably a good reason for that.

Regardless of your rationalizations about your unfriendly policies, I am a very unsatisfied customer. Your strict policies aren't conducive to good reviews by people who started out simply not liking the product purchased from you. Now I don't like your company.

Bad business indeed.

There is no fine print. The return policy [that you agreed to when you checked the box next to: I Agree to Upzy's Standard Terms and Conditions] clearly states in bold print:

RETURNS POLICY

We can arrange a return authorization within 15 days of the receipt of your product. The product must be returned in the resale-able and unused condition it arrived in

"they won't take it back and refund the ridiculous price."

Your dissatisfaction with the cost is a case of buyer’s remorse.

"Upzy is not registered with the BBB."

Many business owners object to the BBB’s policy of selling ratings.
