I purchased ticket to see Andrea Bocelli at the Hollywood Bowl on 12/17/2019, and purchased an insurance package in the event that the event was cancelled, or I could elsewise not attend. The event, initially scheduled for June 2020, was cancelled and rescheduled for May 2021. The May event was then rescheduled until October 24, 2021. I contacted their support line (or tried to) and received a recording saying that I needed to email them instead - and they offered to email address, nor is there one on their website.
I spoke with two different people in the sales office, and they ended up transferring me to the "support line", which again played the same recording letting me know that I needed to email them instead (still, with no email address). I am not asking for anything other than the refund I am due, but they don't want to provide even that.
It is a shame that Eric Vassilatos, Co-Founder at Vivid Seats, and his partner Jerry Bednyak are responsible for a company that could be providing an amazing service have people working for them that cause such pointless anxiety.
