What did they do to me is failed to give me a invoice statement receipt for the purchase of a alcatel cell phone for $99.00. They failed to give me a free trail plan service of $20 for unlimited talk & text if you purchase the alcatel cell phone it will become automatic free for the month. They breach contract and overage a overcharge fees and taxes largest amount of monies which is incorrect for no bill that supposed to be free of charge on first service plan as agreed.
They failed and refused to give me a account number when cellphone was purchase for service plan such as unlimited talk & text for only $20 per month instead they overage as four time more. Viya company failed and refused to refund all monies that is owed up to $ 100 dollars to me made out by a invoice check only as my demands. Viya company failed and refused to give me accurate cell phone service as agreed because i made a complaint to the fcc. Viya violating services on my plan like refusing incoming calls and out going textes from my sevices plan and many more incidents too much to explain.
Finally Viya company failed and refused to get me a manger to speak about my issues. Plus many staffs treated me with no respect what so ever in person at their office and on their company number which is 340-777-8492 and others prior numbers named companies as innoviate too. I had many complaints against this company in the passed.
They give me a open cell phone that was malfunctional and open and used i never open up the box first the staff did without my consent of optional. I did demand for a receipt but staff failed and refused to hand deliver to me the customer. viya also failed and refused to give me insurance plan for my cellphone i did requested as along with a new phone too.
