I have used VRBO over the past several years with moderate results. Unfortunately, my company and I are done using this company.

While heading out the door for an international trip I got a 'We are so sorry, but your home is not available' email. Keep in mind that the trip was booked confirmed weeks in advance. It was cancelled hours before our departure flight.

Over three hours of being tossed from one customer service rep to another, where absolutely no one could help. Disaster.

Message; VRBO has lost its customer services and it is very evident that their team is not trained. Total incompetency across all of their reps, sadly struggling to read a script to tell me they were sorry, but had NO idea what happened or how to fix. Guess there is no script for that.

Nice that you grew, VRBO, but when you methodically trash your customer's vacations you will be lucky to stay in business. Can you say, 'Motorola?'
