Watch Repair USA Randy Horgan Giant Scam Operation, Major Rip Off
Send my watch after finding their website, which was convicing. The site is designed to pull in watches from around the county. My experience was like hundreds of others on the internet ...horrible. They charged me $700 for a complete mechanical restoration and sent it back to me completly inoperable. The watch was in worse shape, and dirty. I didn't do my research before sending, but readers here are (good for you).
