Website Professionals Websiteprofs.com Stole $3700. $1200 for website which still isn’t finished now 6+ months and marketing which never began. Pompano Beach Florida
After seeing samples, I decided to get my website redesigned through websiteprofs. All my revisions were never done, months fly by and I was over budget to begin with.
I said I'd let them finish website, just want to repurpose the marketing/social media management money which we never touched because website was never finished.
Dave was the rudest out of them all. He cursed at me, not knowing anything about me saying because it took me months to track down a manager, he would refund me $700. No website no nothing. Told me my business will never succeed and because "Warren buffet" is an investor he doesn't care how much money he wastes going to court(Visa is working on it)
I am trying to work with them at least finishing the website (which they put more work in since they cut me off. Cant login anymore either.) Emails get no response and lost so much money and time waiting around for nothing. I was 100% satisfaction guaranteed or they would pay me back every dime with their money.
