I found this company The Wigs Clinic on social media about a month ago. They have posted on their social media account and their website several styles of full lace wigs that look very stylish and of great quality. I inquired about purchasing a wig & asked about the time frame for processing my order. Someone from this company replied the following day answering each of my questions. I was told it would take 10 business days for me to pick up my wig, with there being a location in my city.
I asked would that timeframe still be 10 business with the current pandemic, they replied yes. 10 business days passed. I still waited an additional 5 business days before reaching out to them, considering the pandemic. I received no response. I first, replied to the initial emails between us, I then called, i then direct messaged them, I also messaged them through their website. All of which, I received no responses. I checked their social media pages, they are still posting new wigs on their pages & communicating with potential new customers, but have not replied to me at all. I then went to check their social media page & see if there were any other complaints from customers, and low and behold there was a customer there in the comments that stated she was very angry that she never received her wig she ordered online in August and it is now January.
If I had seen that comment prior to placing my order, I would have never ordered from this company. They are scammers. Don’t trust them. They will wheel you in, be so professional, answer your emails & reply to your messages, until you pay. Once you pay them your hard earned money, they will not send you your product, they will not reply to your emails, they will not refund your money. They are SCAMMERS!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!
