There were cat piss stains dog piss stains the ceiling was falling apart, the furnace was broke he never fixed it either. Now he is dening me my security deposit claming that 2 doors and the furnace which was already broke sayin that my deposit was $550 and the repairs were already ober $700.
Willam E. Jannenga and Ruth Ann Jannenga are the definition of SLUMLORDS! They have millions go to nude beaches wich is disgustion since theyre in their 70s 80s.
I am filing action against them since they refusedto fix my house and after I moved out the place was 100% better than when we moved in... DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!
