1-800-Packrat 1-800-Packrat LLC Very Suspicious and Uncooperative! ! 800 PackRat Moving Containers Burnsville Minnesota
In between moves to a new apartment some how my daughter ended up homeless
with my 2 grandchildren waiting for her housing credit to go through.
She used 1-800 Packrat moving company because it seemed to be the least expense
of all other options out there. They are also a pod moving system company. Since it took over 30 days days to pay them they tacked on a fee. When she was ready to pay for her items for delivery to her new apartment she drove to Burnsville MN to pay 800 Packrat which is 35 miles from her apartment they would not accept a cash payment.!!! Can you believe that? No cash payments! Then about 5 days later I called and since I did not trust the company I loaded one of my reloadable debit cards in order to pay.
They would not accept that as payment either. We then contacted a charitable organization for them to pay since my daughter is now in dire straights and needs her possesions as school for the kids has started. They have no beds to sleep in, no pots and pans, nothing! Well 1 800 Packrat would not respond to any e-mails to the organization, so they could not pay them. Since then they are tacking on fees. I am now trying to contact them to pay with another card, but I do not trust this company after reading a few of the other complaints on this website and Yelp!!
