1) Did not show up on scheduled date ("truck problems")

2) Since they were late, we couldn't have our scheduled pickup date because they didn't have enough notice due to they being late on it's delivery. 

3) Second month in storage, they sent an email increasing the storage rate. 

4) Went to the storage warehouse to pull a few items.  Container was damaged. Couldn't even open it, because when they dropped it, things had shifted.  Holes in the side of the container and our stuff a jumbled mess with broken and damaged items.

5) Made another appointment to get into the container after they'd found a way to break in.  Waited over an hour for someone to show up at the warehouse. (truck problems)

6) Decided to move everything to ground storage. They wanted extra money to deliver and pickup on the same day, which we needed.

7) They actually showed up on time for the delivery to ground storage. That was a fluke, as confirmed to me by the guy at the storage warehouse.

8) Were supposed to pick up the container over four hours ago.  Crickets, and steam coming from my head.

Pros: Their customer service was unfailingly nice and negotiable, including to agreeing to waive the extra charges for pickup and delivery on the same (as stupid as that is) and the storage rate.

Cons: Completely and totally unreliable service. If you decided to use them, anticipate problems - lots of them.  

Warning: Pack and your stuff as tight as possible. Tie anything big and heavy to the walls so you are saved the heartache of broken items when they drop your container on its side.
